How to order
You find the sword(s) you like and place the order through our webshop. It will guide you through all the steps - from choosing how you'd like the sword to shipping and paying for it.
Which steps you have to go through depends on the status of the sword:
1. The sword is in stock
Great! Put it in the basket and check out. You can pay by either bank transfer or credit card. When Albion Europe has recieved the payment the sword will ship to you.
2. The sword is not in stock
This involves a bit more waiting time. Put the sword in the basked and check out. You have now made a pre-order and no payment will be needed until the sword is ready to ship to you. This might take up to 4 months. When we have recieved your sword you will recieve an email with a link to the shop. You can then pay by either bank transfer or credit card. When Albion Europe has recieved the payment the sword will ship to you.
3. The sword is still in Research & Development
You might have a quite a bit of waiting time ahead of you. These are the upcomming models - and it can take quite a while before production starts. In this case you send us an email and get on the waiting list (no deposit needed). When the sword is in production we will contact you and find out if you are still interested. Then everything follows the above 2.
Why be on the waiting list?
First of all you will get your sword sooner as all those on the waiting list gets first chance when the new sword is delivered (and it's free to be on the waiting list). Secondly you will be offered the sword at the price shown when you get on the list. That price might go up before the sword is finally made.
