Shipping
We ship to all of Europe using UPS. Shipping costs are EUR 45 (single-handed swords) and EUR 55 (larger swords). We are able to ship two (2) single-handed swords in one package for EUR 45 and two (2) larger swords (or 1 large and 1 small) in one package for EUR 55. Museum Line swords always ship alone in a wooden crate placed inside a cardboard box (EUR 55).
We are unable to take orders for delivery to PO Boxes.
Delivery time
If the sword is in stock
We ship wednesdays from our storage in Sweden. Your sword will ship the first comming wednesday after payment has been recieved (except for holidays). On the day the sword ships you will recieve an email from UPS with tracking information. It usually takes between 2-5 work days for the shipment to reach you depending on where in Europe you live.

Shipping to Denmark: Please note that we cannot ship your sword until we have recieved a copy of your sword collectors permit!
If the sword you order isn't in stock
At the moment we expect to receive at least 12 shipments from Albion US each year. Albion US has a production queue of about 3 months and after that the sword will travel to Sweden by ship which takes about 4-5 weeks. In worst case it might take your sword 4-5 months to reach you. Send me an email at soeren@albion-europe.com to get an estimate. No payment will be needed until your sword is ready to ship from Albion Europe!
VAT
All prices include 25% VAT. Customers within the EU shall not pay any other VAT. Please note that customers ordering from Norway, Switzerland or other countries outside the EU do not pay VAT but will pay local VAT/tax when the sword passes through customs.
Payment
As a buyer you represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete and (ii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes. You agree to keep your password confidential and to notify Albion Europe within 24 hours of any unauthorized use of the password. Albion Europe does not protect you from unauthorized use of your password. We accept MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and bank transfer.
The Albion Guarantee
Great care was taken in the making and assembly of your Albion sword. However, even with the pains taken to seal and stabilize all of the organic materials used, extremes in temperature and humidity can sometimes create small expansions and shrinkage that lead to potential loosening of the hilt. Although rare, should this occur we offer refurbishment and repair by our shop at no cost to you apart from return shipping. All Albion swords are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and workmanship.
Return Policy
We believe that our swords must meet your highest expectations - and so must our service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will then refund the purchase price.
Please note that you pay for the return shipment to Albion Europe but the original cost of shipping the sword to you will be refunded. If an item is defective in any way, please return it for repair or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse refund of all or part of the purchase price if it appears the product returned was damaged by the customer while in his or her possession.
We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, without explanation.

Being a customer of Albion Europe ApS, you certify that you are under no restrictions of law that may prohibit or restrict your possession of edged weapons. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not Albion Europe ApS, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Albion Europe ApS. We suggest that you consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he or she is of full legal age. Albion Europe ApS will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from our company. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless either the company, its owners, investors, board members, and staff against any and all claims, demands, actions, or proceedings, resulting in injury, death or damages, losses, and/or liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, relating to or arising out of any claim asserted by you against the aforementioned companies.
These terms and conditions shall be treated as though they were executed and performed in Denmark and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark (without regard to conflict of law principles).
