Create an Albion Desktop Wallpaper with pictures from the Albion Europe flickr-page and get a chance to win a Next Generation Sovereign sword with scabbard!
The Albion Desktop Wallpaper Competition
Why?
Well …I have put all my pictures of Albion swords on flickr – and I’d love to have some desktop wallpapers made using those pictures for people to download for free.
What can you win?
1st prize is 1 * Albion Next Generation Sovereign sword with a scabbard by Tod
2nd prize is 1 * Albion Arn Dagger w. sheath
3rd prize is 1 * Reclaiming the Blade DVD

What do you need to do?
Be creative! Use the Albion sword pictures on our flickr-page to create an inspiring/fun/beautiful 1600 * 1200 px desktop wallpaper. Send the wallpaper to me (soeren@albion-europe.com) before September 28th, 2011. Cross your fingers (optional) and wait for the judges to decide who the winners are. The winners will be announced on October 3rd, 2011 on www.albion-europe.com and our Facebook site.
Who can enter?
Anyone who is 18 years old or older and can agree to the rules/legal stuff below.
What about shipping costs?
Albion Europe will pay the shipping cost if you live in Europe. If you live outside Europe we will cover EUR 45 and you pay the rest.

The rules & legal stuff (please read carefully)
1. Each contestant can submit only 1 wallpaper. Please send from/include an email where we can reach you should you be the winner. Each wallpaper must include at least one Albion Sword from the Albion Flickr site and no other makers swords. The size of the wallpaper has to be a 1600 *1200 px jpg-file. Send your wallpaper to: soeren@albion-europe.com
2. The competition runs from today (September 1st) to September 28th., 2011. The winner will be announced on October 3rd on www.albion-europe.com and Albion Europe’s Facebook site.
3. Employees of Albion Swords or Albion Europe are not eligible to enter the competition.
4. The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges: Amy Christensen-Waddell (CEO Albion Swords Ltd), Howard Waddell (COO Albion Swords Ltd) and Søren Niedziella (CEO Albion Europe Aps).
5. You agree that all photos and materials that you submit are owned solely by you. Albion Swords has the right to use your photos on our site(s) as well as for marketing purposes for an unlimited timeframe. In other words no copyrighted material may be used in the wallpaper.
6. The prize cannot be changed to cash.
7. If you live outside Europe you will have to pay some shipping costs. Albion Europe ApS will cover EUR 45 shipping and you have to pay the rest. Contact me for details if you want to know how much you have to pay for shipping.
8 . Should the winning entrant choose not to accept the prize, another winner will be selected.
9. By entering the competition you certify that you are under no restrictions of law that may prohibit or restrict your possession of edged weapons. It is your responsibility, not that of Albion Europe ApS, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased/won from Albion Europe ApS. We suggest that you consult your local and state laws before entering the competition if you are in doubt. Albion Europe ApS will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased/won from our company. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless either the company, its owners, investors, board members, and staff against any and all claims, demands, actions, or proceedings, resulting in injury, death or damages, losses, and/or liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, relating to or arising out of any claim asserted by you against the aforementioned companies.
These terms and conditions shall be treated as though they were executed and performed in Denmark and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark (without regard to conflict of law principles).
For Danish customers. Please be aware that we cannot ship your sword before we have received a copy of your sword collectors permit!
